Ramadhan Day 14

A'ah Naziha tengah buang tebiat ni. Semalam saya masak terung berlada gara gara tengok gambar Kak Izza masak padahal sebelum ni tak pernah pernah makan hahaha. So so random. 

and now I'm sharing Red-Velvet-Cupcakes-How-To. 

Ahhhhhh I just need to be saved lol

Red Velvet Cupcakes For The Win!!

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 175.

Step 2: Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt until well mixed. 

Step 3: Combine oil and sugar. Add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla essence, mix well and then add in half cup of coffee, vinegar and red coloring. Kacau kacau kacau. 


Step 4: Add in our dry ingredient into wet ingredient. Kacau secukup rasa, and you dont wanna to overbeat it. Kalau tak cake end up tak moist. Kot. 


Step 5: Line in the silicon cups/tray with cupcakes liner for easy removing. Scoop in your batter. 


Step 6. Bake for 15 minutes. Check, and bake again if the batter stick to the toothpick. Jangan sampai overbake, basically, you need to check every minute after the 15 minutes line. 



Step 7: DONE YAY. Cool the cupcakes on a cooling rack. 


Step 8: Ehh maybe not done yet. Lets make the cream cheese toppings. Put in cream cheese, powdered sugar and some butter. Please note that semua kena in room temperature supaya batter tak berketul ketul  mcm Malek Nor. When everything is well mixed, letak sesudu dua fresh milk. Ni takde specific measurement sbb pakai ilmu hentam keromo, ingredient utama dia ialah cream cheese, and tambah powdered sugar lagi dan lagi sehingga manis di lidah masing masing. Kalau batter tu runny, tambah lagi powdered sugar. 

Step 9: Toppings should be on the top of your cupcakes dah nama pon toppings kan. Pandai2 sendiri lah buat sbb saya tak pandai seni piping segala ni hahah. Sejukkan if you can wait before having your first bite x_x

How much red coloring do you need to tarukkk. Banyak or not?? to make it red like red red?

Nad: Depends on the type of coloring. Kalau mat saleh punya letak berguni2 pon tak merah2 haha. Kalau melayu punya letak sesudu dua tiga empat dah merah. Not so healthyyyy. tapi aku penah buat yg tak berkaler, cam tak lawa la pulak looks like choc cake yg hidup segan mati tak mau.

Kak izza: hahaha mengidam tu hobi sejak kecik lagiii haha. err.. sbb tak penah rasa org len masak, so nor kattegorikan terung belada tu sedap lah haha. sedap2. padahal tak penah2 nak mkn terung pongg haha
